About my writing

I am an author of deeply personal works, blending my autobiography with psychic downloads from the universe into a unique literature category I call Autofiction.

Autofiction arose because a series of events in my life were so abnormal that I just knew I needed to capture these and transform them into books. Initially, I was only focused on fiction, because I had a catastrophically enormous egotistical desire to turn a novel into a movie that I would act in to win an Oscar. Then, the universe made my life far better than any fiction novel that I had ever read, that I couldn't help but find myself obsessively writing stories drawn from my own existence on planet Earth.

Writing these books has been both an adventure and a tumultuous journey—one filled with hardship, failures, and growth. Despite the challenges, I have honoured my calling and have dedicated myself fully to my craft. In addition to my autofiction and autobiographical works, I now also write pure fiction, including in the fantasy genre, where I explore limitless imagination and create rich, emotional worlds.

My writing as a whole spans multiple genres, always focused on deep emotional journeys and character growth. My debut novel, To Spain with a Rainbow Cake, is officially self published and available on Amazon and from me and Greg Tarbi my IT best friend and I’m excited to share that my second and third books, The Mentalship, and Hail The Light I, will be out soon for my dedicated readers.

This journey of writing and self-publishing has taught me to learn new skills and constantly evolve—something I apply to every aspect of my life. You can obtain more information about me and my self-publishing journey in the two videos at the end of the page.

About my experience

SIDE BAR /// I highly recommend bungee jumping before you attempt to commit suicide. I mean, I strongly suggest you save up some money and book yourself an emergency vacation to Cape Town and the Garden Route in South Africa. These places have saved me from taking my own life 1000 times. I have been there. I spent months working on 1000 ways to commit suicide. Why did I do this? I couldn't get out of the obsession around taking my own life, and so being the Mozart writer that I am, I had to honour the truth to who I was in this season and ended up laughing for a trillion years thereafter when I bounced back out of my severe depression. Now, when I look at the 1000 ways to commit suicide, I smile. If you know anyone who is chronically depressed or you yourself are there, fear not, the Light is coming. Life is one enormous RAVE: there are ups and downs. You've got this. The fact that you're still reading this proves that you are ready to be awakened more than you'll ever know.

Bungee jumping is amazing. I would encourage you all to face this fear, for it gave me the freedom to throw myself off a bridge without dying, and there I found how much I am in love with myself.

It was one of the MOST freeing and liberating experiences of my life.

As a result of jumping, I came back to life. For an entire month without failure, I rode off of the adrenaline. I was experiencing more peace than before I jumped. I realised what is most important to me in the moment that I was hanging upside down.

I davened (prayed) the SHEMA. It was drizzling as well, which made the experience so much better because I got to experience seeing and feeling rain upside down. MAD.

I even cried out of joy because I had just overcome one of the biggest fears of my life.

It was in that moment of enlightenment that I burst out into laughter and fell in love with Hashem, the Creator and Ruler of this universe all over again.

Hashem has never failed me. Even though it has taken almost nine years to reach this point where I can begin to blog on my website, I now know with absolute certainty that Hashem cannot fail.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am so excited to begin a blog on this website. The present moment is by far the most interesting that it has ever been.

Never before have I been so more alive and kicking.

Yesterday I had to walk through the suicide bridge again. I was at wit's end....

I found the missing pieces that I was looking for. It worked. I slept DEAD. I woke up a brand new creation.

Thank you for taking the time to read every single one of my words. You mean the world and universe and beyond to me. I genuinely mean this will all my heart, body, mind, strength and soul. There cannot be a me without there being a you. You are arguably the most important human being on the planet, because you DARED to come see my website.

I have over twenty-seven years of writing experience, because as a child, I dreamed up the most unrealistic dreams. The very first nonfiction novel I wrote was in 1998, when I was eight years old. It was the true story of my magical life in Belgium, where my family and I were living at the time.

About me

I am a British, Israeli, South African-based author of autofiction, fiction, and nonfiction prose. Born in Namibia and raised in Belgium, South Africa, Israel, and America, I’ve lived in Bloemfontein, Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Leuven, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Los Angeles. Of all these places, Cape Town is where I truly come ALIVE, inspiring much of my creative energy. Through my journey, I’ve learned to be my most authentic self regardless of my geographical location and gained valuable insights from my time in Bloemfontein.

Life has taught me resilience as a writer—to keep going even when manuscripts are lost or burned, and to start over if needed.

At one point, I had no choice but to write by hand, for twelve months straight, only to lose those books as well. However, thanks to the magic in this universe, an emergency spring cleaning session of my studio apartment in Bloemfontein the day before Yom Kippur revealed the location of these handwritten books. Right before Yom Kippur, I became stupefied by bliss at how intelligent our Creator is, and that He always has our backs. Nonetheless, I persevered, driven by an unwavering passion to tell my stories.

In addition to my writing, I am an architect, model, actress, singer, pianist, violanist, drummer, artist, and DJ with a profound love for creativity. DJing is the best avenue for me to express myself, seamlessly blending my lifelong passion for music and design. I find joy in creating, whether it's through my books or other creative endeavours. When I'm not working, I occasionally indulge in reading and chess. I'm an avid traveler who loves connecting with people from all walks of life. I have been blessed to have visited 18 countries thus far, including the Maldives, Turkey, Ireland, Thailand, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana and the Netherlands.

Adventure fuels my spirit—I’ve enjoyed activities like skydiving, bungee jumping, scuba diving, and motorcycle racing, which have pushed me beyond my comfort zone and given me a deeper appreciation for living in the moment. I am also passionate about staying active, training in the gym with weights, practicing Bikram yoga, running (before I fell five metres off a building on July the first, 2025), and swimming to keep both my body, heart, soul, spirit and mind healthy.

My journey as an active author began in Cape Town in February 2017, when a chance encounter convinced me to listen to the universe’s nudge toward writing. That moment, so extraordinary, became part of my debut novel To Spain with a Rainbow Cake. Since then, I’ve never looked back. Writing has been a healing process for me, a way to transform the aching stories of my heart into something meaningful.

Writing is my way of bringing stories to life, creating spaces where people can escape, be entertained, and see the world through a different lens. My life has been anything but ordinary, and I strive to reflect that in my work—offering readers something truly unique. Through my writing, I also aim to create awareness about hidden truths in the world, sparking thought and conversation.

There’s no greater feeling than getting lost in the act of writing, being transported into another world—something I hope my stories do for every reader. There is no doubt in my mind that you will be successfully transported into the world within all of my books.
